Equiterra is a specialist corporate finance firm for hospitality and operational real estate, founded by a team drawn from leading global investment managers and institutional advisory firms. We offer capital structuring for sponsors, deal flow for investors and fund placement for general partners.

Equiterra was founded in hospitality and now operates across operational real estate more broadly. Our work is integrated across three practices that draw on the same network of sponsor relationships, institutional capital and a developer pipeline.

We act for sponsors raising deal-level capital, for institutional investors seeking direct and co-investment deal flow and for general partners raising commingled fund capital. Each practice strengthens the others. The deals we originate inform the funds we raise. The LPs we know shape the briefs we underwrite against.

Our founders bring direct experience from leading global investment managers and institutional advisory firms. Buy-side investing, capital raising and advisory mandates across institutional capital. We work alongside a network of senior advisors and partner platforms to deliver on each mandate.

Founding Member

Real estate and infrastructure investing across both public and private markets. Investing, capital raising and investment advisory for institutional clients globally.

Previously in BlackRock's real estate and infrastructure team, advising institutional clients on real asset allocations and bespoke fund mandates.

Has advised on and been involved in the deployment and placement of circa $8bn, including a $1bn+ mandate from a Malaysian institution and seeding a sustainable infrastructure investment vehicle with £350m from a UK pension fund.
